Our Terms of Service made clear & simple
All Prices are listed in US Dollars and do not include domain registration fees for domain creation or renewal billed by your Internet domain registrar.
What we won't allow
eClarity does not allow sites that contain, engage, promote, contain media of or provide instruction for the following actives:
-Unsolicited bulk email or mass email aka Spam
-Hate material for any race, religion, company, individual or party
-Satanic or wiccan material
-Sexually Explicit Materials
-Illegal material and activities
-Copyrighted material without permission from the licensed proprietor
-Services that degrade server performance for customers or others on the Internet
-Customers will not be allowed to share data storage without a reseller account.
Additional bandwidth will be $2 USD per gigabyte or you may upgraded to a larger monthly quota account if requested. Invoices & statements are sent by email on your renewal & payment date to the address provided at signup. Months of service are to be paid in advance through our online payment. Customers must keep eClarity updated on current billing contact address to avoid overdue invoices and suspension. Hardcopy invoices can be provided upon request although postage fees may apply. Accounts that are 2 weeks over due will be susceptible to suspension or removal after the two week grace period. Refunds will not be provided for used or partially used months of service and for any period prior to a refund request. Refunds are sent by money order over postal mail to the provided address unless otherwise noted.
Data, Service and Security
eClarity administrators put forward a very large effort to ensure the security and reliability of your account but because of the public availability of the Internet can not offer any guarantee on data safety or availability. The Internet is a public system and therefore any information you store or send through eClarity services should be done so under the assumption it could be read or downloaded by others. Files of sensitive nature should be encrypted and/or not stored online. The account owner is responsible to ensure the safety and security of their account login information as well as backups for all data that resides under their account. eClarity can not be held responsible for lost or stolen data placed or created under a customer's account and can not be held responsible for loss of business as a result of any data loss or lack of availability.
If you are unsure about any guidelines or our methods of operation we encourage you to contact us prior to signup. Accounts that do not follow guidelines outlined here might be suspended or removed without warning. All remaining terms will still apply if any of these terms were found to be void. eClarity is not under contract to provide a customer with service and reserves the right to refuse any person or company service. A customer may leave at any time if they are not satisfied. eClarity does not stand in the way of a customer leaving and pointing their domain to another provider's name servers.
